This project Features the constructon of the new Borders at Jordan Side within the existng locaton. Work Included the arrival-departure building, luggage inspecton building, Cargo Building, other government support buildings, Passenger Toilets block, Mosque, passengers & cargo canopies development of pavement, Landscape and road works. Making up a the total built up area of 7100Sqm. Work included Civil, MEP & infrastructure works.
New Ruweished Hospital
The hospital is a shining example of providing quality care to the entire population of Eastern region. It has 50 beds, with more than enough space for future growth. The hospital features 3 floors above the ground making up a total built up area of 7420Sqm. Our work included all Civil, MEP, Medical works, landscaping and External works.
Factory Upgrade Phase 3 Secondary Production Hall
PMI Jordan targets to increase the current production capacity of the factory by a factory upgrade project. The scope of the works involves the third and most critical phase of the factory upgrade project, which is the reconstruction/renovation of production hall, Block 3. Besides the increase in the production capacity, this phase also aims to upgrade Block 3 in terms of civil, architectural electromechanical works in order to standardize the production hall as per PMI standards.
International Community School
The most challenging Project By IMKAN for Multi Construction Enterprises so far; in 2016 a new expansion of 2194sqm was scheduled to operate in the first semester of 2016/2017, and was awarded in April the same Year. Works for Skeleton, Finishing and Electro mechanical works for the extension of Primary School. The project was handed over on time & on budget.
HBTF - As-Salt Branch
Renovation to 60 years old building with addition to new floor, work included full demolition, & structural modification to existing building. Scope of works included but not limited to skeleton works, MEP works facade, and high end finishing works for a three story branch for a total built up area of 800SQM .
AKM Motor Showroom
The project was the most challenging time constrained delivery with practicing value engineering cost effective design. The location was on the famous known building of OLE` near the seventh circle. The scope of works was renovating the whole building finishes, electrical & mechanical works, façade cladding, external landscaping and minor furnishing.
